Powell, former Director of Sales for Postini, brings thirty years of experience from high growth companies to his new role. A results-driven veteran executive, Powell is responsible for sales and distribution of Engate‘s products worldwide. Powell has successfully held a series of sales management positions at Postini, IBM, Hewlett Packard, Anchiva Systems, Wyse Technology and Network Appliance Corporation. Most recently, Powell served as Director of North American Sales at Anchiva Systems where he established a national distribution chain for their High Performance Gateway Security Appliance to Fortune 5000 customers. As Director of Major Account Sales at Postini, Powell was charged with identifying and securing new business opportunities for Postini where he led his team to exceed corporate revenue goals. Powell‘s proven history of exceeding corporate revenue objectives coupled with his strategic and entrepreneurial experience will help drive the next phase of corporate development and growth for Engate.
